Parts Department Manager

We have an amazing direct hire opportunity for a Parts Department Manager in the Batavia, NY area.

Our client, a family-owned and operated business, is adding a Parts Department Manager to their growing company. 

The Parts Department Manager for all aspects of the department and the responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Maintain proper levels of inventory by overseeing the inventory replenishment program and by working with various departments to ensure the proper level of inventory is in stock.
-Effectively manage the return of core returns without chargebacks.
-Effectively schedule all shifts to ensure proper coverage.
-Drive sales activity for the department and maintain weekly department meetings.
